All prints are made to order just for you, so we ask for up to 5 working days to get your order ready and dispatched. Once it’s on its way, delivery times are roughly as follows: UK 3–5 working days, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand up to 10 working days. You’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
We take packaging seriously – your print deserves to arrive in perfect condition. A4 prints are shipped flat in a rigid protective envelope. A3, A2, A1 and square prints are rolled and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail and come with tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
UK delivery is completely free on all orders. For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase – no surprises.
It depends on where you are. UK customers pay nothing extra — the price you see is the price you pay. US customers — all applicable import duties are included in your order total at checkout, so again no surprises on delivery. Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be charged local import taxes or GST by their customs authority or courier upon delivery. We recommend checking what may apply in your country before placing your order.
Yes — under UK consumer law you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The print must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Just drop us an email at hannahufoposter@gmail.com within that 14 day window and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We’re really sorry if that happens – it’s the last thing we want. Please photograph the damage straight away and contact us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll sort it out quickly and make sure you’re not left out of pocket. It’s also worth having a look at our full Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
Quite possibly, yes! Get in touch with us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please bear in mind that rushing an order may affect the cost of postage, but we’ll always be upfront about that before you commit to anything.
We’ve made a conscious decision not to include printed receipts with our orders as part of our commitment to being as environmentally friendly as possible. Your order confirmation and any invoices will be sent to you by email. If you’d prefer a printed receipt, just let us know and we’ll happily include one.
During the festive season, delivery times can be longer than usual due to the volume of parcels being handled by Royal Mail and international carriers. We’ll always post updated Christmas cut-off dates on our homepage as we approach the festive season, so keep an eye out for those to make sure your order arrives in time.
Every screen displays colours slightly differently depending on the settings, brightness and calibration of your device. We work hard to represent our prints as accurately as possible in our product photos, but we can’t guarantee a perfect match to every screen. If you’re ever unsure about a colour, feel free to get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Every print makes a gorgeous gift as it is – beautifully packaged in acid-free tissue paper and a protective tube or envelope. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but if you’d like us to leave out the standard paperwork or add a personal note, just drop us a message at hannahufoposter@gmail.com and we’ll do what we can.
