Processing & Dispatch
All prints are made to order and dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate, though this may affect the cost of postage.
Packaging
We pack every print carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A4 prints are shipped flat in a rigid protective envelope. A3, A2, A1 and square prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect the print.
We are committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible, so we do not include a printed receipt with your order. If you would like one, just let us know.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom – 3 to 5 working days
- United States & Canada – up to 10 working days
- Australia and New Zealand – up to 10 working days
During the Christmas period, delivery times may be longer than usual. Updated information will be posted on our homepage as we approach the festive season.
Where We Deliver
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Within the UK, we deliver to all areas, including Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Jersey.
Delivery Costs
UK delivery is free on all orders. For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Taxes & Import Duties
United Kingdom – no additional charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
United States – all applicable US import duties are included in your order total at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery.
Canada, Australia & New Zealand – the price at checkout covers your order and shipping only. Any local import duties or taxes may be charged by your customs authority or courier upon delivery. We recommend checking what charges may apply in your country before placing your order.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com. We will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please also read our Refund Policy for more details.
