Returns & Refund Policy

Our Prints

All prints are made to order especially for you. We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it is dispatched.

Returns & Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com within this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with no signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse a return or offer only a partial refund if the item shows signs of use or has been damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph the issue immediately and contact us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com. In this case, we will cover all costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please also refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at hannahufoposter@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a return. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent.
